SHIPPING & RETURNS
POLICY
At DRP Silicone Hoses, all orders are shipped directly from Spain using trusted courier services selected according to the destination, package dimensions and service requirements.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct and complete. DRP Silicone Hoses cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, the courier may attempt a second delivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point depending on their policy. Any additional shipping costs resulting from failed deliveries, refused packages or address changes after dispatch may be charged to the customer.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and transportation costs.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.
Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays that are outside the control of DRP Silicone Hoses.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most products are made to order and typically ship within 3–4 weeks.
Delivery times displayed on the website are estimated and may vary depending on stock availability, production times and destination country.
Some products are manufactured or prepared specifically to order, especially for low-production or discontinued vehicles. In these cases, production times may vary.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together once all products are ready.
Please note that delivery times may be affected during periods of high demand, holidays, transport disruptions or other exceptional circumstances.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made during the courier company’s normal business hours. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time or within a precise time slot.
Any delivery requests regarding schedules or delivery preferences will be considered as optional indications only.
Transport Damage Claims
Any shipping damage or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must retain all original packaging and provide photographs of both the packaging and the affected products when submitting a claim.
Returns & Refunds
At DRP Silicone Hoses, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Products may be returned only if they are in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Returns must be authorised by DRP Silicone Hoses before sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
A shipping error made by DRP Silicone Hoses.
A defective or incorrect product received.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or specially manufactured products.
Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
Incomplete or damaged returned products.
If a manufacturing defect or an error by DRP Silicone Hoses is confirmed, we will arrange collection of the product and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
